• Unique fee: 150 € (for on-site and virtual attendance).

This fee includes the Gala Dinner on Thursday.

All the sessions will be broadcasted online for attendants. The fee covers the cost of the recording service. We will provide details for connection and the opening hours in due course.

You will be informed about other cultural visits or social events for Friday afternoon, after the end of the Conference. They are not part of the registration fee and need to be booked additionally.

Step 2. Send by email to eventos@unirioja.es the proof of your bank transfer, indicating in the "Subject": 

KEPASSA2022 + <First Name> <Last Name>

Notice: registration fees must be paid in full to Fundación Universidad de La Rioja. Bank fees and any transfer charges, if applicable, must be added to the transferred amount. The date of the inscription is the payment date.

Note: Once the online payment has been made, we will verify everything and send you the proof of charge in the next few days.

Cancellation policy: The registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made by May 31, 2022. No registration fee refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
